How do I place an order on the site? 

We now have this facility online - please register at login and follow the prompts to place your order.  We will call you to confirm your order and take your payment details.  Alternatively, you can call us on 3114 8230 to place an order over the phone.
 

What are the details of the guarantee you offer? 

We stand by our product, thus we guarantee that our product will arrive at the delivery address in the same good condition that it left our premises. We also guarantee our work, and will organise an inspection at your convenience to clarify all enquiries.

Do you lay turf? 

Absolutely!  Our company has the ability and experience to tackle most projects. We not only lay turf, but also undertake Bio-Remediation, erosion control, sport and a host of other projects locally, nationally, as well as internationally. What turf can I grow in shade areas? 

For shade areas that receive less than three hours of sunlight per day, it is best to turf the area with buffalo grass (St. Augustine grasses) such as Sir Walter. See Turf Varieties to find the details of all our grasses and their suitability.
 

May I inspect your turf on the farm prior purchase? 

While our farms are not open to the public, we have plots of turf at our Acacia Ridge Office for your inspection.

I am having problems with weeds and pests in my lawn - what should I do? 

We understand that this is a real frustration for people, particularly those who love the Queensland outdoors lifestyle and use their lawns as platforms for entertainment, whether it be a family sporting event, a weekend barbeque or even a wedding!

Lawn grubs in particular can be a problem.  And if you need more advice, please call us on 3114 8230 and for a flat fee of $110, we can arrange a visit from our greenkeeper to provide you with specialised advice and support.
