328 is a very fine, dwarf couch which is primarily used for putting and bowling greens. Tifgreen is a high maintenance grass which can produce a very low and tight surface when maintained correctly.

328 is not recommended for residential lawns. Tifgreen 328 is one of the most widely used fine couches for high profile golf courses and bowling greens, and is regarded by many greenkeepers as the best fine grass for the Queensland climate.
