Zoned as a master-planned mixed business precinct, SouthWest 1 combines both an industrial estate and a recreational area, backing onto Berrinba Wetlands Park.  Of the entire 120ha site, 40ha has been developed for business with the remaining 80ha wetlands protected and rehabilitated.
