SECTION 1 – JULY OFFER (WINTER 2022)

Across the month of July 2022, you can be a lawn pro this winter with one free Landscaper Pro Hand-Held Spreader (R.R.P $26.90).

The July Offer (Winter 2022) commences at 7.00am on Friday, 1 July 2022 and ends at 5pm on Sunday, 31 July 2022.

There are a few conditions for our sale offer to you. These conditions include:

Available only to our customers who purchase Sir Grange Zoysia, TifTuf Bermuda and Sir Walter DNA Certified – this offer is not available to customers who purchase Nullarbor Couch.
Orders must be over 50m² to be eligible.
This promotion excludes trade and commercial customers.
This promotion is strictly focused on the purchase cost of turf grass and does not include delivery costs.

SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

SECTION 3 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our Shipping Policy requires a minimum of 48 hours lead time is required for direct delivery. A minimum of 24 hours is required for collection from our depot at Acacia Ridge.

We use Sendle as the preferred service to facilitate the shipping of the majority of our lawn care products as Sendle is a 100% carbon neutral distribution company.

SECTION 5 – REFUND INFORMATION

We have a seven day Refund Policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
